Email info@safeandsecurefamily.com with the app or service name and the type of request. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Request types
- Ask what information may be associated with your support request or account.
- Request correction or deletion where applicable.
- Ask how to delete an account, if a released app supports accounts.
- Ask a question about app permissions or privacy disclosures.
Identity verification
For requests involving account data, we may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it.
